Nampa Farmer's Market

Today we did some on site book binding. It got people asking questions.

And it meant I finally got the last nine prepped VHS covers ready to sell!

A Flea in her Ear

Lately I've been preoccupied with making earrings.
Simple. Beaded. Dangley little earrings.
Here are some pictures:

They are available at the Nampa farmer's market and the half dozen other places I'll be this summer.
$5
Yeah.

Adorable.

Or checkermate.

I decided to make checker pieces out of the billion Sierra nevada bottlecaps I have stashed away.

Filled with resin.

Stay tuned for more info!!!

Notebooks galore!!

So you may or may not know that I've been making notebooks from recycled VHS covers. Pretty ba.

I took the VHS cover, mounted it on chipboard for extra stability, bound it with assorted paper, and bam! Awesome.

I made quiet a few.

I also made some out of album covers for a friend's fundraiser.

And even made one using scrapbook paper and a festive geek-tastic sticker.

So today I am watching pretty movies and making more!

Glittery sparrows and flocked ravens.

I can't wait to get people's reactions on them!

What a fun way to take notes/make lists/draw/or write the next great American novel.

The BEST Scrapbook EVER!!!!

Oh man.

This Album changed my life.

I initially bought it at some Thrift Store in Boise.  It had a funny cover, haha, it would make a fun Scrapbook.

No. (Well, yes...but wait, there is more!)

It came with a booklet!  A booklet full of AWESOMENESS!!!!

So I included the Booklet within the scrapbook pages...

Oh man...I kind of wanna keep this...

Here are the Super BA pictures:

Knives. Knives Chau. She's Chinese

And I'm a geek!

Scott Pilgrim vs the World changed my life :)

It gave me proper motivation in a play I was in, and all sorts of fun.

So I thought I was going to go to ComicCon this year in San Diego, so I started thinking about costumes, and Knives was a choice!

So I had to make her EPIC Scarf!

You can't tell from the picture, but the scarf goes all the way to her feet...

So I decided to crochet one for myself:

I'm not nearly as cool as Scott pilgrim's fake high school girlfriend, but now I'm a little bit closer!

Flower Power 2

The last post was getting kind of image heavy...so let's keep going.

I told you I've been busy.

Flower Power

Yeah, I called it that.

Get your jokes over now...

Here are some pictures I've edited using my new editing skillz of flower I have been making.  Some of them I am deconstructing and making awesomer.  Some of them I just enhanced.  I can't decide if I want to list them on etsy, or save them for the Nampa Farmer's Market...

Any suggestions?
